A painter caught between art, philosophy and a strong inclination towards science and drinking is involved in a struggle with the means of expression. Nonetheless determined to find a language allowing him to express himself appropriately, he impulsively jumps on a plane. In a new landscape he realises he is free to tell what he wants, anyway he wants. This way he is able to escape Galileo’s fate of having to lie about his thoughts in order to survive.
