Where we wait by Leon Decock
Made in response to the open forum on archival practices during the Tabula Rasa research programme, Leon Decock's Where we wait (2025) is constructed as a collage that intertwines recorded observations in the physical archive of argos with selected snippets and soundbites from its collections. As questions of accessibility, categorisation and absence shape its future course, the archive is reassembled through sound as well as image, seemingly becoming a living, breathing entity awaiting an external engagement to set it in motion.
