Opening – Rewind, Replay: Vidéographie

Join us for the festive opening of Rewind, Replay: Vidéographie, an exhibition revisiting the groundbreaking Belgian television programme Vidéographie, aired on RTBF between 1976 and 1986. Conceived as both an artistic platform and a tool for public access, Vidéographie transformed television into a space of experimentation, critique, and dialogue. Throughout its ten years, the programme featured pioneering local and international artists who shaped the beginnings of video art.
The exhibition brings together archival episodes, thematic compilations, and contemporary works inspired by the programme’s legacy.
The opening will be an occasion to discover the exhibition first-hand, meet artists and collaborators, and celebrate together at argos.
